There are many unanswered questions in One Piece. Here’s some of them, submitted by fans. Those answered over time have answers posted with them.
Aokiji’s Message
After Aokiji beats Luffy, he says that he forgot to give him a message from Smoker. What was that message?

What was that piece of paper Ace gave to Luffy exactly?

Who was the winner exactly? What is the “event” that was triggered by their fight?
Brothers?
Now that we know the name ‘Monkey’ is past from father to son, what does it mean that Ace’s name is different?
Ideas? I think that the name is only passed to 1 son. how could he name both son’s “Monkey”? oh, and i think that Gold Roger is probably Garp’s brother. (-Brian)
Wind Guy
Who was dude who saved Luffy in Roger Town when his head was about to get chopped off by Buggy? We only saw a glimpse of him, but this character was not introduced.
Answer: His name is Dragon, according to the manga. (-Mason).
It is later revealed that Dragon is Luffy’s dad.
Panda Man
This guy appears everywhere! Who is he and what does he want?
Answer: There was some sort of contest Oda-sensei entered some time ago in Japan where he created the Panda Man character as his entry. That is the origin. I have no idea why they stick the Panda Man all over the anime, though. Probably just for fun. (-OmegaZen)

Grandpa
Who is Luffy’s Grandpa (Aokiji mentioned it before, and Luffy stopped him from telling the crew) Is it Gold D. Roger?
Answer: Luffy’s Grandfather has now been confirmed as Monkey D. Garp, Vice-Admiral of the Marines. (44.431)
Robin
What exactly is Robins Past?
Answer: Robin was born on Ohara, the land of scholars, and is the daughter of Nico Olivia, an archeologist wanted by the government for deciphering Ponegylphs. Because of her Akuma no mi, Robin is treated as an outcast and called a monster by the other kids in the village, and abused by her step-aunt, whom she lives with. She receives the official title of “Archeologist” at the age of 9, and finds her first true family in Professor Clover and the others. After a fight, she flees to the shores of her hometown and meets Jaguar D. Saulo, a giant also wanted by the government. CP9 (20 years ago) arrives on the island, with orders to capture/kill all archeolgists, which later turns into a Buster Call on Ohara and its Tree of Knowledge. Olivia returns to aid her homeland, Jaguar saves Robin, though he dies for it, and Ao Kiji, interested in Saulo’s actions, allows her to escape. For the next 18 years, Robin joins various organizations, living a cruel life and relying on deception to keep her out of grasp from the government. (41.391-398)
